All proposals should be submitted through this web page online where you need only upload ONE WORD DOCUMENT containing ALL required abstracts per the instructions below, with the file name showing the surname of the submitting author.

All proposals must be in English and prepared in a legible FONT size 12 in ONE document

1. Poster submissions will be scheduled over a 45 minute period. A poster submissions is a suitable format for individual, free-standing research presentations. Posters are the appropriate format when the theme can be explained briefly and the results stand alone telling a coherent story. Posters should be of A1 size (594 mm wide ×  841 mm high) or 24 inches by 36 inches.  The abstract for a poster submission should not exceed 300 words. No author details should appear on the page(s) with this abstract. Author details (and affiliations) with email of first author should be included on a separate page that includes a brief 150 word statement about the poster. If accepted this short statement will appear in the program. UPLOAD these two abstracts in one document, leading with the author details atop the shorter abstract. Be sure to include a title with no more than 130 characters (including spaces).

2. Individual papers – individual paper (oral) presentations are welcome, and will be organized into a symposium with 3 or 4 papers addressing a similar topic, in accord with the appraisal of the review committee once all submissions have been initially appraised. Alternatively, a decision on an Individual Paper abstract may be to accept the proposal as a poster. Individual paper submissions should not exceed 300 words. No author details should appear on the page(s) with this abstract. Author details (and affiliations) with email of first author should be included on a separate page that includes a brief 150 word statement about the paper. If accepted this short statement will appear in the program. UPLOAD these two abstracts in one document, leading with the author details atop the shorter abstract. Be sure to include a title with no more than 130 characters (including spaces).

3. Symposium or panel submissions consists of a cohesive cluster of individual paper presentations. To attain cohesion, the symposium should focus on a specific topic and emphasize conceptual issues and the integration of findings. Scheduled for 1 hour and 30 minutes. 15 minutes of this time MUST be reserved for discussion with audience participation. A minimum of three paper presentations or a maximum of 4 paper presentations are foreseen including a discussion if possible. A collection of papers with an integrative statement should be submitted by the Chair of the symposium.

Each symposium submission should include a 300 word integral statement, as well as 300 word statement from the author(s) of each contributing paper.  No author details should appear on these documents.  Author details (and affiliations) with email address of first author should be included on a separate document for each paper in the symposium that also includes a brief 150 word statement about the paper. If accepted, the 150 word integral statement with chairperson(s) names, and 150 word short abstracts re each paper with author name(s), will appear in the program. The chair for the panel will combine ALL these abstracts, two for each panel paper plus two for the integral statement, into ONE document leading with the short abstracts with author names. The Chair will be notified of the decision who will inform all contributing authors.
